An interior memo from Match Group has unveiled designs for a new group focusing on generative AI and other emerging systems. Identified as the ‘Art x Science Lab’, the group will be formed of engineers and designers, and led by Mark Kantor, Vice President of Innovation.
In a memo received by Mashable, Will Wu, Match Group’s Main Know-how Officer, highlighted that the title ‘Art x Science Lab’ can be shortened to ASL. This is an homage to the popular on-line chatting acronym for “age/sexual intercourse/location’
The multi-which means identify “serves as a reminder of how radically digital relationships have improved in just a couple of decades, and emboldens us to assume large as we pursue transformative effects in the years ahead”, Wu wrote.
In charge of this new staff is Mark Kantor, who has experience producing AI solutions for retail investors and rising video video game builders.
